G. Wayne Sledge, P.E., P.L.S., EXW℠ has been retained as an Expert Witness in over 146 cases during his career as both a Civil Engineer and Land ​Surveyor.  In the past four years, he has been retained as an expert in thirty-four (34) cases. Over the past four (4) years he has given a deposition or testimony in nineteen (19) cases.

Mr. Sledge has provided expert witness services for over 46 years, involving: subdivision design, water intrusion, slope failure, drainage/flood, grading, retention/detention basins, contract administration, pavement failure, utility pipe breakage, benchmark issues and boundary issues. Mr. Sledge has extensive experience in contract administration, Drainage Impact Studies, utility design, right-of-way plans, contract document preparation, rezoning, construction supervision and inspection, and preliminary and final design for such projects as subdivisions, municipal and state projects, athletic facilities, railroads, industrial parks, commercial developments, boundary surveying, property line disputes, benchmark issues, construction stakeout and topographic surveying.
